Lauren Ward - Assistant

Lauren’s dance journey started in 2005 when she was in the 4th grade. From their her love grew and she joined the competition team the following year and never looked back, dancing until she graduated high school in 2014. During that time she assisted Mrs. Julie and Mrs. Bridget with the youngest students starting in 2012. After high school Lauren went on to Middle Tennessee State University and earned a degree in Anthropology with a minor in archaeology in 2019. She also took part in a student field school at the Castalian Springs Mound site in the summer of 2017 as well serving as the Historian for the Archaeology club her junior year. Dance was and still is her escape and passion and she loves teaching and sharing that with the students. Her favorite part is seeing students faces fill with joy when they master a new skill.
